Neera Tanden is certainly no household name, but through the years she has earned a small fortune for herself as a Demofiend hack and also accumulated quite a bit of power in the Swamp, specifically the White House.
She even had access and what appears to have been free use of the autopen that is now so notorious as an instrument for executive orders, pardons, proclamations and other acts of the executive branch under Presidential Surrogate Joe Biden.

She appeared before Congress today to testify about Joe Biden’s physical and mental condtion and also about her role in the Jill Biden White House.
Tanden, whose roots stretch back to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and to Hillary Clinton’s two failed presidential bids, was originally nominated by Biden to be director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Biden had to withdraw her nomination, however, when Senators of both parties questioned her about her venomous comments on social media about sitting members of Congress.
She posted comments such as saying “vampires have more heart than Ted Cruz.” She deleted some 2,000 such posts when she was nominated, but her past caught up with her.
Biden then appointed her senior advisor, a role that did not require Senate approval, and then elevated her to staff secretary, where she was able to wield the autopen.
