Fresh off the Washington, D.C. parade honoring the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army — as well as his 79th birthday — President Trump turned to pressing global matters by urging peace between Iran and Israel.
He even called his old buddy Vladimir Putin to help diplomatically bring Iran to its knees, so to speak. In the past, Putin has offered to store Iran’s fissionable uranium so that nation couldn’t develop a nuclear bomb.

Of course, Putin is using Iran to help arm him for his conflict in Ukraine, so why Trump would fall for such a transparent offer is beyond me.
Trump still thinks that boastful threats can win the peace and get Iran to give up its centrifuges and Uranium 235. We’ve seen how well this works in Ukraine and Gaza, so there’s little hope it will work in Iran.
What will work is arming Israel with bunker-buster bombs and letting Netanyahu and his people finish off Iran’s nuclear ambitions once and for all.
