At United Nations, President Trump Hands Over Ukraine Mess to Zelenskyy and NATO Member Countries
President Trump had a busy day at the United States, where he shared a campaign-style speech about everything he sees as holding the world back — from unchecked immigration to windmills that are useless and short-lived by nature.
He also had time to spend with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during which he changed his tune a bit about the fight with Russia. To wit, he now sees it as winnable, with Ukraine taking back all the territory it’s lost.

Of course, this all came with a big caveat: The U.S. would be happy to supply armaments so long as EU/NATO nations pay for them and — part two — the U.S. would not do any actual fighting to help Ukraine achieve its goal of territorial recovery and peace.
“After getting to know and fully understand the Ukraine/Russia Military and Economic situation and, after seeing the Economic trouble it is causing Russia, I think Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form,” Trump wrote in a lengthy post-meeting post on Truth Social.
Actually, none of this is really new. Ever since Trump met Putin in Alaska and got his hat — and everything else — handed to him by the Russian dictator, Trump has been trying to unload the Ukraine issue to Zelenskyy and the so-called coalition of the willing among EU nations.
Meanwhile, Trump keeps stumping everywhere he goes for a Nobel Peace Prize by claiming he solved seven wars in various corners of the world —
in seven months.”
A Lucky Seven, Mr. Trump?
